Account information

Customer account details are used to provide authentication, profile management, saved addresses, order history and other requested account services.

Commerce information

Cart, order, fulfillment and payment-related records are processed through the central backend. Stripe handles payment processing while MongoDB remains the commerce system of record.

Security

Authentication, secure cookies, validation, rate limiting and other production controls are implemented at the platform level. Sensitive backend credentials are never exposed to the browser.

Retention and rights

Production retention, deletion and customer-rights processes should follow applicable legal and operational requirements for the store’s operating locations.
