Eligible refunds

Full, partial and item-level refunds can be supported where store policy and payment state permit them.

Perishable products

Fresh and perishable products may require issue details and store review because quality and food-safety considerations differ from packaged goods.

Payment processing

Approved payment refunds are processed through Stripe by authorized backend operations and recorded for auditability.

Order adjustments

Variable-weight items and approved substitutions may change the final captured amount according to the order and payment workflow.
